Welcome to PMbrowser’s documentation!

PMbrowser is open-source software aimed at electrophysiologists who use PATCHMASTER or PATCHMASTER NEXT from HEKA and IgorPro of WaveMetrics. It can open bundled data files (.dat) and export IgorPro compatible files (and supports some additional export formats, see What can PMbrowser do for you? for details).

But even if you do not use IgorPro, you might find PMbrowser useful for browsing PatchMaster files and exploring the metadata of such files.
